MAKING YOUR BOOKING
With regards to your booking, our policy is as follows:
We request a 50% deposit at the time of the booking. The balance is due 60 days before your anticipated check in.
We also request a Refundable Damage Deposit of £350 which you can pay at the time of your second payment. Provided there are no "unreasonable" damages to the property and its contents during your stay, we will refund the deposit to you in 7 days after your departure. We fully accept little breakages like the odd glass etc and this is not charged for.
ALL our properties operates a NON-SMOKING Policy and pets are not allowed (except to Seahorse Villa). Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11 am on your day of departure, in Cyprus and Check in is after 3pm and before 10.30am on your day of departure in Spain.
We operate a "moderate" cancellation policy. Up until 60 days before your arrival date we would offer you a 100% return of your deposit upon cancellation. Once you pay the full balance at 60 days before your arrival, and then decide to cancel your holiday, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost if you cancel up to 4 weeks before check-in, 25% refund if you cancel up to 3 weeks before check in. No monies are refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date. You have the right to cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hour after your booking is confirmed by us.
These terms are exactly those set out on online booking portals for the rental of any of our Villas.

VILLA BOOKING INFORMATION
Upon booking we confirm your payments. We do not send reminders for the second payment, so please make a note of the payment date. In the run up to your rental period we will send you a welcome booklet on the villa and we will send you directions and the access details. Our prices are per week (7 nights) if your booking is for less than 7 nights you will still be charged the price for the whole week. As a returning guest you will be entitled to a discounted rate if you book direct with ourselves.
Late bookings: We can accept bookings up to 3 clear days before your date of arrival.
LATE CHECK OUT
We do not have the facility to provide you with the opportunity for a late check out/early check in due to new arrivals and change over turn around times due our high standards of cleaning and preparation for our new guests. There may be the possibility if we do not have back to back bookings to scheduled maintenance we advise you contact us before you leave the UK to enquire about this.

BABY/TODDLER EQUIPMENT HIRE... (CYPRUS)
If you are travelling with a baby or a toddler, we are able to provide you with a highchair and a travel cot free of charge. Please let us know if you require either of these via our property management team.
Should you require any other equipment such and a wooden cot, car seat, baby gates.. please have a look at this website....
We operate a NO PET POLICY at our properties in Cyprus.
Pets are welcome at our Seahorse Villa in Spain by prior arrangement only, and we ask our guests and their pets to adhere to our PET POLICY.
We operate a no smoking and vaping policy within all of our properties in Cyprus and Spain,. We provide ashtrays for your to smoke outside the property. We ask you to leave no mess and to clean the ashtrays before your departure.
We recommend Cy-Breeze Rentals.
They will deliver and collect cars to/from our properties or to/from Paphos Airport without any extra cost. They can deliver and collect cars to/from Larnaca Airport too with an extra cost as their three offices in Paphos are approx. 150KM away from Larnaca and they are offering different options to keep the cost as low as possible.
Please note that they can add as many drivers on the rental agreement and provide child car seats free of charge.
They don’t require any deposit for the reservation as you can pay when they deliver the car by credit/debit card or by cash. They don’t require security deposit or to block an amount on credit cards when renting a car from them.
